They claim to have circumvented the global suppression of free energy technology, and are offering it for free to any nation of the world, all they have to do, is have an ambassador accept the blueprints. As of Novemvember 15th, 2012, almost a dozen nations have officially accepted the blueprints for free energy generators, that use no fuel and run forever, tabletop size.
